Agreement and Terms of Service:

* All services will be billed on a month-to-month basis where payment is DUE EVERY FIRST OF THE MONTH (prepaid), since we do not have contracts.

* All monthly payments will be considered as a monthly project (service) with Fountain Blue Pool Service.

* Pricing may change annually due to the markup of supplies.

* Late Fees will be added for any late payment especially for the monthly services.

*For waivers, customer needs to sign this to allow us to charge automatically and noting the amount limit.

*For algae treatment, we will automatically charge customers especially if the pool needs it ASAP without approval. This is a pool industry standard in order to take care of your pool instantly to avoid spreading of the algae (green pool). Sometimes this is due to various reasons like extreme heat, debris from strong wind, more leaves than usual, etc. AGAIN, algae treatment is not included in any service package and is an additional charge.

*For materials or parts that the customer has requested for the pool tech to purchase, we will automatically charge the customer.

*For filter cleanings, there are instances that the pool tech may need to do it asap especially if it needs urgent attention, in that case we will charge the customer automatically.

* Please be aware, WE DO NOT ADD WATER TO THE POOL DUE TO LIABILITY WHEN CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT.

*For pool covers, please be reminded to have them removed on service days. We do not remove covers due to liability and time issues. 

*For service visit, please be advised that we do not guarantee time, since some pools may take longer and other pools requires shorter time to service (it may be in the morning or afternoon). So please leave your gate open for us or provide us with your gate code to enter the pool on that day or coordinate with your pool tech.

*For any additional service request that does not fall on the customer’s service day, the customer will be charged for a service call.

*Texting pool tech, this is for emergency use only (he will respond for any emergencies needed), otherwise kindly EMAIL the office for ALL pool issues/repairs, request or scheduling with numbers provided below.

NOTE: You can always notify the office by email to schedule a phone call for any questions that you may have.

* If the customer’s gate is locked during your scheduled day, we will have to SKIP your pool that week since the pool tech needs to service other pools scheduled on that route also or inform the office by email if anything comes up. (only text pool tech for emergencies)

* If the pool tech missed servicing the customer’s scheduled day due to a delay of other customers on that route or any incident that may arise, we will always reschedule to come back the next day or within that week.

* Please be aware, we’re not able to service the customer’s pool on our pool tech’s ONCE-A-YEAR-ONE WEEK-VACATION and especially if the pool service falls on those dates, we will add extra chemicals the week before to last it over the off week and catch up with cleaning the week we resume. (There are usually 4 months in a year that have 5 weeks in a month and we don't charge for the fifth week because it compensates our off weeks. We give that one week off to our pool tech to rest and enjoy his vacation.)

Please be aware, if the customer’s service day falls on a bad weather where it does not allow us to service the customer’s pool, it will be chem service only.

Please be reminded of the HOLIDAYS or OFF WEEKS below:

For HOLIDAYS, if your service day falls on a holiday, your pool will be service a day after the holiday or within the week. Please remember, only chemicals will be applied and baskets will be emptied within that week if your service day falls on a holiday.

For HOLIDAY OFF WEEKS, we are off during Thanksgiving Week and Christmas week, extra chemicals will be added the week before to last it over the off week. For New Year’s Week, only chemicals will be applied and baskets will be emptied within that week.

*Your normal service day might differ during holidays.

(There are usually 4 months in a year that have 5 weeks in a month but we only charge the customer for 4 weeks. We don't charge for the fifth week because it compensates our off weeks.)

We will always try to catch up in cleaning with any service-package that you have after a holiday or week to keep your pool clean. 👍
